HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After 48 hours of ordering, we'll send you a tracking id on your WhatsApp.The tracking number keeps you updated on the status of your delivery.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PAYMENT?
  • Send us a message and we'll work it out with our courier partner.
  • If your package hasn't been picked up yet, we can definitely change your shipping address.
  • But once the package has been picked up by our courier, do take note that it will take a while to reroute it. To avoid any trouble, double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.

CAN I RECEIVE DELIVERY OF YOUR PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY?

We're sorry, but we are currently only shipping within India. We are unable to provide delivery outside the country at this time.

CAN YOU PROVIDE DETAILS ABOUT THE NOTES UTILIZED IN YOUR PERFUMES?

Yes, before purchasing your order our salesperson will guide you with your doubts regarding notes, longevity, projection, and silage, otherwise you can check them on the product's description as well.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Faster delivery is available with prepaid orders.
