Delivery is available across PAN India and typically takes 4 to 7 business working days. Our Dispatch hours are between 10 am and 9 pm from Monday to Saturday.
It is essential for someone to sign for the goods upon delivery. If you are unable to do so, kindly arrange for an alternative person, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor, to receive the delivery on your behalf. Please note that TM Perfume House will not be held responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person
Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service on the day of delivery.
